Before full night,
Lies a special place,
Filled with delight.
Today’s Gratitude Item: I am grateful for the vast amount of knowledge that is literally a few keystrokes away. Researching or finding facts using the Internet is so much easier than having to consult an encyclopedia. It still blows me away how much information is out there, especially compared to 20 years ago when I was a kid.
It sure looks like it would be fun to go poking around and climbing in there.
As for info on the web, I just threw away a set of encyclopedias, I hate throwing books away. My wife was a bit peeved that I did, and I asked her, what good are they, when they are 45 years old. Not even up the first space shots or Sputnik.
